Customer Code
Please specify your name, email address, company name and the design name that associate with this order. If you are the regular user of this form and have already been our customer, you may fill in your email address and the customer code only. If you are already our customer, two fields will be sufficient to proceed with your order. Your code is a 3-5-letter word that appears behind the order number.
No. of Colors
Please indicate the number of colors that you would need. What are the colors you would want in the design?
Size
You may state the size in either centimeter or inch. You may also specify only one side-in width or in height. The other side will go proportionately.
Need Design in (Days)
Please inform us the number of days that you would need design to be back. You can also use our calender tool that appears below the 'Finished On' field to indicate the date.
Comment
Any further information that you want to give, you can list here. Please note that more information you send, more decisions we have in setting/converting the logo. Information are such as where will the logo be used, how would you want it to look other than the art supplied etc.
Next to upload file
Simply locate your files by using "Browse" button, highlight the file, and click open and upload them to our server using the "submit it" buttons. Then wait for confirmation that your file(s) have been successfully uploaded. This may take some time if using a dail up modem connection.
If you have problem in uploading files, please send the files directly to digital@digitalgraphixfactory.co.th or digital@digitalgraphixfactory.com You can also use the "Send As Email" button to send the order to us. This button is compatible with Outlook Application only.
Though you will not need to fill out the form again, you will need to re-attach the files.
What should the design that you need say to your audience?
List any adjectives that would relate to the message you would like design to convey, for example colorful, hip, modern, trendy, classical, high-tech, conservative, abstract, fresh, new etc
